It's National Nutrition Month, and Foodlink and the YMCA are highlighting their partnership on a new food pantry on Monday.

“The YMCA of Greater Rochester has been serving community for more than 170 years,” Ernie Lamour, president and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Rochester, said in a statement. “During our time, what the Y’s ‘traditional services’ are have changed to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve. Being able to adapt to meet those needs has been crucial."

The food pantry is located at the Lewis Street YMCA Neighborhood Center in Rochester.

It's open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and families can make appointments before going there.
