A 2-year-old boy is safe after being found wandering the streets of Rochester's west side overnight.
Police said a taxi driver found him in the road near West Main Street and Brown Street, wearing only a diaper. Investigators aren't sure how long the child was outside.
Police said he was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The investigation is still ongoing regarding potential charges, according to police.
