Some new developments in the case involving four suspects accused of plotting to bomb an Islamic community.

Judge Sam Valleriani is dismissing some charges in the indictment against defendant Brian Colaneri.

He dismissed three of the six counts against him.

Assistant District Attorney Matthew Schwartz said he "respects the decision of the court."

The dismissed counts are two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count attempted criminal possession of a weapon, each considered crimes of terrorism, as alleged in the indictment.

Colaneri is still charged with three counts of conspiracy in the case. Two of the other defendants, Vincent Vetromile and Andrew Crysel, appeared in court Friday.

The court is planning to review the grand jury notes and then Vetromile, Crysel and Colaneri will be back in court on June 20.

A fourth defendant's case is being heard in Youth Part Court, as he is a minor.
