Rochester police are investigating a homicide on the city's east side.
It happened around 4 p.m. on Webster Avenue.
Caebeon Lee, 21 of Rochester, was shot at least once in his upper body. Lee was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
