A local high school graduate was among a cast honored by its peers at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last night.

"Black Panther" took home prizes for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.

It also picked up best stunt ensemble.

Among the actors is Winston Duke, a 2004 graduate of Brighton High School.

He played M'Baku in the superhero film.

He'll next appear in Jordan Peele's new movie "Us," which opens in theaters in March.
