Seven priests who formerly worked at McQuaid Jesuit High School have been linked to credible allegations of abuse against minors.

The Jesuits USA Northeast Province released a list that named 50 priests on Tuesday. It also lays out where the men were employed and during what time, dating back to 1950.

The priests with ties to Rochester, and the dates of their service include:

Two of the alleged offenders are still alive.

According to the Jesuits, any living priest with a credible allegation of abuse is removed from ministry and assigned to a community that does not serve minors and they are placed under a closely monitored safety plan.

McQuaid opened in 1954. Faculty and staff at the all boys catholic school were informed of the list Tuesday morning.

Director of Communications & Alumni Sean Mullen said, "McQuaid has no record of any alleged abuse or misconduct for any of the men listed or anyone else."
