Former Henrietta Town Supervisor Jack Moore and two other town employees are facing civil lawsuits claiming discrimination, sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment

The lawsuits were filed Monday by two former female town employees against Moore, the town's deputy supervisor, and engineering deputy director.

They claim since Moore took office in 2014, they were systematically targeted because of their gender — missing out on workplace advancement, overtime opportunities and were retaliated against when they reported the behavior.

The women say the filed multiple EEOC complaints over the years.

Back in April, Moore was convicted of harassing a different employee who had filed a lawsuit against the town.
