A Yates County bar owner pleaded guilty Wednesday after video posted online showed him sexually assaulting a woman.
Bob Champlin pleaded guilty to two counts of sex abuse.
Video posted on social media showed him assaulting a woman in Lloyd's Limited in Penn Yan on Christmas Eve of last year.
Police say the woman who shot and posted that video was later assaulted as well.
Champlin must register as a sex offender as part of the plea.
He faces three years in prison and a decade of post-supervision release when he's sentenced March 5.
