According to officials, a police chase in Victor ended after a driver crashed into a large tree in his own yard.
Deputies arrested 53-year-old Everett Zuhlsdorf around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday outside of his home on Dryer Road.
Police say Zuhlsdorf turned off his car's headlights while attempting to evade the police before hitting the tree.
He along with two passengers suffered minor injuries.
Deputies say Zuhlsdorf was driving without a license and was high on drugs at the time of the crash.
He faces multiple charges.
