ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The man who was shot and killed early Tuesday morning while he was sitting inside a car on Weaver Street has been identified by police as Demetrius Dukes.
Police responded to Weaver near Hudson Avenue around 1 a.m. Tuesday, where officers found Dukes, 23, with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
No arrests were made by police in the hours that followed.
