Condolences continue to pour in for the late real estate developer and political activist David Flaum.

Flaum, who died at the age of 67 this week, was the founder and CEO of Flaum Management Company.

Spectrum News spoke with Arnie Rothschild who served with Flaum on the Rochester Broadway theatre league board. He says Flaum's impact on the area was monumental.

"I would say that he without question is one of the quite, both business and political forces that this community has ever seen," Rothschild said.

Funeral arrangements for Flaum have yet to be announced.
