Rochester City Council voted unanimously for the creation of a bike share program that would include bikes and motorized scooters.  

HOPR, out of Miami, will give the city exclusive control of its shared mobility system. 

You could be able to rent a bike in Rochester as soon as September.

It would replace Zagster's "Pace" program, which shut down service in the spring.
