Danny Judge scored the game-winning goal in the second period and Alex Tidd stopped 26 shots as Pittsford topped Victor 3-2.

The Panthers took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Zach Quinton but just over two minutes later, Liam Moore got the equalizer off a backhand pass from Andrew Haugh.

With just under three minutes to play in the first period, Ronin Vandamme hit Brendan Haims at the point and the senior picked the high, stick side with a wrister. Pittsford led 2-1 heading to the second period.

They extended the lead 1:41 into the third as Judge followed his own shot for a 3-1 advantage.

The Blue Devils answered a minute later on a goal by Alex Parton.

Victor hounded the Panthers net in the final five minutes of the game, Tidd coming up with several big stops.

Pittsford faces number one seed McQuaid in the Class A Semifinals at the Gene Polisseni Center at RIT at 6:00 on Thursday.
