Irondequoit played the State's top ranked team even for 98 minutes, before falling 1-0.

Leah Wengender played a ball forward that Maddie Tortora tipped through to Erin Coykendall, the senior getting to the ball just before keeper Meaghan Miller and put it off the post and in with 2:08 left in the second overtime for Spencerport (9-0-0).

Miller and her defense were brilliant, the senior keeper making a couple of big saves, including a point-blank shot right at the end of regulation. The Eagles swept two balls off the line early in the first overtime where the Rangers had three corner kicks in the first two minutes of the extra period.

The two-time defending New York State Champion Rangers are ranked first in New York State and fifth in the Nation.
