Aquinas is getting ready for a step up in competition when they play in the Class AA football semifinals Saturday.
The Li'l Irish face Cicero-North Syracuse at Union-Endicott on Saturday, the Northstars are ranked third in the State while Aquinas comes in ranked fifth.
They come into the game coming off a 39-7 win over defending NYS Class AA runner-up Lancaster.
The Class AA West Semifinal at Union-Endicott HS is scheduled for 7pm Saturday night.
