The first Food Truck Rodeo of the year took over the Rochester Public Market Wednesday night.

At least a dozen trucks were set up for foodies to get their hands on everything from poutine, to shish kebabs, and even crepes.

Rodeogoers also enjoyed some live music while they chowed.“I think it’s fabulous,” said Webster resident Telena Brown. “I can’t believe how many trucks are here and how fun it is and how many different people are here just enjoying life — and I love it.”

“I like it. I like it. I’d like to try more food, but the lines are so long sometimes,” said Rochester resident Habeen Roland-Vazquez. “I want to try the macaroni and cheese. I love macaroni and cheese, so next time I’ll try that.”

He’ll have four more chances to do so as the Food Truck Rodeos will be held on the last Wednesday of every month through September.
