The Ontario County Sheriff's Office released the names of the two victims in a fatal South Bristol fire: 68-year-old Pamella Osinski and her 74-year-old sister Vicky Todd.

Both women were in the home at the time of the fire. Their remains were discovered a few hours after the fire started, according to deputies.

It was around 8:45 pm Thursday when fire crews responded to a single-story home fire on County Road 33.

Firefighters worked for about 45 minutes to extinguish the flames, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.

What's clear at this point is the home is completely destroyed and the cause of this fire is still under investigation.

“Neighbors heard the explosions and called 911, yeah," said Chief Rick Frost, Richmond Fire Department. "Right across the road. I can tell you there was a car in the driveway. The explosions that people are hearing were basically the LP tanks.”
