Rochester police have arrested a teenager accused of killing two men back in September.

Kyrell Gilroy, 17, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder.

He surrendered to police at an apartment complex on Dewey Avenue around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

He will be arraigned Thursday morning.

Gilroy is charged with the murders of 24-year-old Markwuan Williams and 26-year-old Justin Siler.

Police say Gilroy also has a warrant for tampering with evidence in an unrelated stabbing case.
