ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A Spencerport woman accused of harassing Leticia Astacio at a bar/game center must keep her distance from the embattled Rochester City Court judge. If Monica Skinner complies, the case will get dropped.

Skinner, 53, appeared in court Friday, when the judge said the charge of second degree harassment will go away as long as Skinner complies.

Skinner is accused of grabbing and pushing Astacio one night at Radio Social. Her lawyer said his client would like to apologize.

It's nice to see that some manners can be handled by way of an apology rather than a trial. She's very pleased with the disposition in this case and she's prepared to get on with her life," said Jim Napier, Astacio's attorney.

An order of protection was issued. Skinner will appear back in court in six months.
