ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Rochester police say they arrested a Spencerport woman for allegedly harassing embattled Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio at Radio Social, a city night spot.

Officers responded for the report of a fight just before 9 p.m. Saturday. Astacio said on Facebook that a woman asked her if she was the judge and then allegedly grabbed and pushed her.

Police charged 53-year-old Monica Skinner with second-degree harassment.

Attorney Gregory Salmon, who was just retained by Astacio last week, tells Spectrum News that his client doesn't feel safe in the community.

The judge has served 40 days in jail and must continue to abide by conditions, including wearing an alcohol-monitoring device, after being found guilty of a misdemeanor DWI in February 2016.

Astacio is due back in court Tuesday for another alleged probation violation, this time for leaving the county and going to the Del Lago Casino and Resort before getting permission from her probation officer.

Judge Astacio continues to collect her more than $170,000 salary despite currently not performing the duties of her office.

The judge said on social media Sunday morning she has no intention of resigning.
