Eleven new deaths connected to the coronavirus were reported in Monroe County on Saturday, bringing the total number of deaths to 390.

The Monroe County Department of Public Health reports 638 new cases of COVID-19. 

In the Finger Lakes Region, 639 people are hospitalized with 121 of them being in the ICU.

The seven-day rolling average positivity rate for the county is 8.66%. The seven-day rolling average of new cases per day is 578.

The total number of cases of the virus that have been reported across the county since the beginning of the pandemic is 22,438.

At the state level, the governor reported another record number of tests performed in a one day period: nearly 243,000.

The statewide positivity rate is at more than 4.5%.

The Finger Lakes Region again had the highest positivity rate among the ten regions of the state at just over 8%.

Another 95 deaths attributed to the virus were reported statewide.
