Wednesday is National Bock Beer Day.

It's a traditional German beer that's brewed in the fall, lagered in the winter and served in the spring.

Every spring since 1951, the Genesee Brewery in Rochester has been crafting one of the most popular bock beers in our region.

Sergio Cruel paid the brewery a visit to talk about the tradition.
