Earnest Edwards didn't finish all the drills at the Rochester Pro-Day but he didn't have to.

The Aquinas grad and Maine's all-time leading receiver posted a 4.41 40 on the first of his two attempts at Rochester Pro Day. On the second attempt, he tweaked his hamstring and sat out the final two drills and the route running exercise.

His numbers leading up to the 40 were impressive two, pumping 14 reps in the bench press, 35.5 inches on the vertical and 9.9 feet in the standing broad jump.

Edwards has an impressive highlight reel from his days with the Black Bears but this was the first time that scouts got a chance to see hard numbers.

After earning a State title with the Li'l Irish, Edwards went on to set career marks in Orono, earning FCS All-American honors along the way.

"I always look up to Tyreek Hill, I feel like everything he can do, I can do; jets, running back, it don't matter, running routes and getting open, all of it, I can do it all honestly," says Edwards of the Super Bowl Champion wide reciever. "My film speaks for itself, just sit down and watch my film and literally, I've done everything I had to at this point and I'm trying to do it all at the next level."
