Brockport football is ranked sixth in the D3football.com preseason Top 25 rankings released on Thursday.

The Golden Eagles set a school record with 13 wins last season while breaking 16 team records en route to the NCAA semifinals.

Brockport opens the season September 1st at home against Hobart.

25th ranked RPI is the only other Upstate New York team in the rankings. Alfred (23), Ithaca (13) and St. John Fisher (2) also received votes.
