Partly cloudy and cold tonight with a few scattered flurries near Lake Ontario and lows from the upper single digits to low teens. Saturday will be partly sunny and still quite cold with highs in the lows 20s.

Some light snow is expected near Lake Ontario again later Saturday night and into Sunday morning, otherwise, Sunday will feature ample sun and highs again in the low 20s.

Temps will improve a bit early next week with highs around 30 on Monday then well into the 30s for Tuesday. Both days look mostly quiet with some sun.

An arctic cold front looks to arrive later Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning with a few snow showers and gusty breezes. Temps on Wednesday will also fall sharply behind this front with much of Wednesday afternoon spent, perhaps, in the teens. Some scattered lake snow is also expected behind this front, but it still doesn’t look like a good setup for much of that.

Thursday then looks quiet and cold with highs around 20. The next frontal system looks to arrive on Friday boosting temps into the 30s but also setting off a few snow showers.

Have a great weekend!
