Buffalo Police have made an arrest in connection with a pit bull attack involving a young child.
The attacked happened on Sunday on Watson Street.
The dog owner, 30-year-old Amber Lewis of Buffalo, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Police also say the dog has been seized.
The child remains in serious condition at the hospital.
