Look for snow to taper off this afternoon along with falling temperatures.

Winds will increase further overnight and produce wind chills as low as -25° around the Hudson Valley, with wind chill values as low as -40° across the higher terrain. We'll continue to see wind chills like this through Monday evening.

Wind chills Monday night into Tuesday won't be quite as brutal, but will be well below zero through the day Tuesday.

The middle of the week does look warmer, with highs in the 30s Wednesday and Thursday. Unfortunately it'll come with another mixture of rain and wet snow each day.
