SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO:  It's one of the biggest rivalries in college football. The Army and Navy Service Academies went head-to-head Saturday in their 119th match-up, with Army coming out on top. Sports Director Marisa Jacques and videographer Mike Allen were in Philadelphia for the game, but that's not the only reason fans turned out Saturday.
