An East Fishkill man pleaded guilty to manslaughter after a drug deal turned fatal.

Authorities say 18-year-old Anthony Puccio and 16-year-old Paul Mauro planned to buy marijuana from 15-year-old Wilson Santiago.

When the pair met up with Santiago though they tried to steal from him, grabbing the marijuana out of an open car window and then driving away.

The victim was dragged along as they drove, he eventually hit the pavement and died.

Mauro also pleaded guilty in connection with the case back in April.

They are set to be sentenced on July 19.

The judge is recommending between 4 to 12 years in prison.
