A woman is dead after being struck by a car in the town of Cairo.
It happened on Main Street around 6 p.m. Thursday.
According to the Greene County Sheriff's Office, Darla Vincent, 67, walked into the road before being hit. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges have been filed against the driver.
