Nearly 70 percent of the state's over 1.1 million people with disabilities are unemployed, and according to Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, must be reconciled in next year's state budget.

He, along with advocates, are calling on the state to invest in a training center that would teach those with disabilities skills key to entering and being successful in the workforce.
