New York could help limit fracking in other states when an interstate commission votes on regulations for the Delaware RIver Basin.

New York has five votes on the Delaware River Basin Commission, and environmental groups are hoping those votes will be case in favor of a ban not only on drilling in the river basin, but on storage and treatment of fracking waste water.

Today they rallied at the State Capitol to get the governor on board.
