ROME, N.Y. -- A Rome man has been accused of inappropriately touching a Walmart employee.

Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies say the incident happened at the Supercenter on Rome-Taberg Road Tuesday.

Authorities say a female employee was approached from behind by a male customer and was touched inappropriately.  

Tyler Johnson, 22, was charged with forcible touching.

Employees say that Johnson has victimized other employees at the store. 

Police say additional charges are pending in the case.
