The Turning Stone Resort and Casino will open its new 7 Kitchens Market-Style Buffet tonight.

The former Seasons Harvest Buffet closed at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and officials said they wanted to give their guests an even better selection.

The venue was completely renovated, and the new buffet offers a menu appealing to all palates. It features seafood, Asian, Mexican and Italian food, with a carving station and taco station among the amenities.

Chef De Cuisine Dustin Tuthill said he's been part of the team that has spent months designing the menu for the buffet. He said it includes more than 150 items at one time, making it unlike any other dining experience in the northeast.

The space can seat about 375 people at once.

7 Kitchens will be open just for dinner on weekends and then eventually expand to seven days a week. Its hours are Friday and Saturday from 5-10 p.m. and Sundays from 5-9 p.m.

The cost for dinner is $38 on Fridays and Saturdays and $34 on Sundays.
