After a week-long suspension, Spectrum News can confirm that Chase Scanlan has been re-instated by the Syrcause lacrosse team.

Scanlan was suspended indefinitely last week, following an incident that took place following the North Carolina game.

The sophomore attacker transferred to Syracuse from Loyola (MD) prior to the 2020 season. Then, Scanlan mentioned part of his reasonings for joing Syracuse is due to the family atmosphere the Orange provided.

He currently leads the Orange with 24 goals on the season.

Syracuse.com was the first to report of Scanlan's re-instatment with quotes from the players father. The paper would also state that Chase is expected to be at practice Tuesday.

Syracuse will visit fourth ranked Notre Dame this Saturday.
