Cornell forward Morgan Barron is one of the best prospects in all of hockey. The Hobey Baker Award nominee helped lead the Big Red to an ECAC and Ivy League regular season title before the COVID-19 outbreak ended his season.

Now, after three seasons at Cornell, Barron is faces with the tough decision of turning professional and signing with the New York Rangers, or returning for his senior season at Cornell. The decision to turn pro is made more complicated since the virus outbreak. With both the NHL and AHL seasons postponed, Barron's current future on the ice is a bit grey.

Until there's more clarity, Barron intends to talk over all of his options with his family before making any final decision one way or the other.
