SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The fall edition of the Believe to Achieve awards were held on Wednesday at Le Moyne College. Six awards were handed out at the event, but the Sportsmanship honor was given out to the CBA medical staff for saving the life of football player Melvin Beard.
