Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday outlined his priorities for the 2020 legislative session in his annual State of the State address. He addressed issues ranging from Medicaid spending, to economic development, a gigantic project for the MTA in New York City, and on a variety of social issues.
But the governor did not address what reforms he will look for to the controversial bail reform law passed last year. Cuomo said the law needed adjustments in an appearance in New York City earlier this week.
