More details of a sixth woman’s sexual assault allegation against Governor Andrew Cuomo have been reported by the Albany Times Union.

The woman, who works in the Executive Chamber and whose name has not been reported, alleges the governor called her to his private residence under a pretext. When she arrived, "he closed the door and allegedly reached under her blouse and began to fondle her," according to the Times Union report.

Prior to these details being reported Wednesday evening, Senator Liz Krueger (D-Manhattan) told Capital Tonight that the governor and his top aides must resign.

"I’m one of the legislators who has decided to come out and say, 'No, we think it’s too much.' I’ve called on him to resign," she said. "I’ve also called on several of his staff to resign because they have already admitted they falsified data in an official state form. People can’t continue to work for him because there are so many conflicts, and we need a government that’s functioning."

The senator is referencing news reports in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times that stated two of the governor’s top aides made changes to a health report for political reasons, something the administration denies.

Sen. Krueger explains that for her constituents, the horror of losing loved ones in nursing homes is still very much an issue.

"This is neither in the past, nor just a hypothetical. These were real New Yorkers who lost their lives," she told Capital Tonight. "I’m not saying anyone intentionally did things wrong. I can cope with mistakes. But it not acceptable, once you know what happened, to lie to the public or the legislature."
