Continuing our InFocus conversation on the summer tourism season, Chautauqua County Executive PJ Wendel says his county is home to a variety of things to do, especially on or near Chautauqua Lake or Lake Erie. This includes camping, fishing or swimming.
Wendel says large investments have gone toward Barcelona Harbor to make sure it is a navigable channel.
He also spoke on the work being done to treat the lake and deal with things like weeds and invasive species.
Northwest Savings Bank Ice Arena, the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum and the National Comedy Center are also popular with tourists.
