Where's the beef? On Tuesday, there was lots of it at the New York State Fair for Beef Day.

There are more than 100,00 beef cows that call New York home, according to the New York Beef Industry Council, and several beef cattle shows throughout the fair, including on Beef Day.

You might not think about where your steak dinner comes from, but it all starts with beef cattle.

From Angus to Highland cows, they take a turn in the ring at the fair to be judged.
