WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. — The pandemic moved last summer's event, but "Go Bowling at the Glen" returns this weekend.
Track President Michael Printup says they're excited to welcome fans back.
And if you do plan on going, it's important to note that NASCAR has brought back some mask requirements in enclosed areas.
"The good thing is we're all outdoors, but we do have suites and we have a couple private clubs and some other clubs,” Printup said. “If you're indoors, we're asking to put your mask on this weekend. We're going to have masks just in case you forget your mask. We just want to take a little extra precaution and take a little bit further than what everybody's recommending, we just want to make sure everybody's safe and sound."
Now let’s take a look at the schedule for this weekend:
- On Saturday, the NASCAR Camping World Truck series starts around 12:30 p.m
- The Xfinity Series takes to the track for the Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey 200 Saturday at 4 p.m
- Go Bowling at the Glen Nascar Cup Series race starts at 3 p.m. on Sunday
