Meet Everyday Hero Danae Bader, a dance instructor in Brewerton who offers a sense of community and discipline in Brewerton, where she owns a studio. 

"For me, dance is about so many other things other than just technique. It's about people coming together, working together as a team, achieving goals, discipline, as well as building a community where you can share yourself with others," says Bader, owner of DMB Dance Studio.

Bader has danced her entire life and wanted to open a space where she could share that love with children and adults. 

"My favorite part of the day is seeing all the kids and I guess each day kind of changes from day to day because I never really know what moments are going to happen in each class," says Bader.

Many of Bader's students have started dancing with her at the age of two. She says she has some that are driving now, some that are adults, and some that have been with her since day one. She also says she has lots of new students. 

"I'm blessed enough to be able to have that kind of an opportunity, you know? With such a small community here, I'm able to know everyone and give them an experience that they need," says Bader.
