A Cazenovia park is offering much more than just trails and nature.

The Stone Quarry Hill Art Park is a great place to escape where you can experience art and nature at the same time.

The park stretches over 104 acres, with trails and sculptures throughout.

And unlike your typical museum, there is no pressure to be quiet or rush through.

With museums being closed for months, the park's unique design makes it safer than most other options for a day trip.

It can even be a field trip as a break from virtual learning, to keep the kids engaged.

"You're outside, we have not had an issue with overcapacity at all. We monitor the number of people that come every day, we ask people to wear masks in the parking lot or when they cannot social distance, but with 104 acres there's plenty of space here," said Emily Zaengle, Stone Quarry Hill Art Park CEO.

The park was put on the National Historic Register in 2014.

Admission is free, but a $5 donation is appreciated to help with upkeep.
