Are you looking for a way to explain the coronavirus to kids? Two Central New Yorkers wrote and illustrated a children’s book to help.

It’s called “The Incredible Docs vs Billy The Big Bad Virus.” The story explains how germs spread and what we can all do to stay safe.

“I felt really concerned and anxious and just kind of scared," said Fatima Faisal, the book's author and a Jamesville resident." In that moment, I thought I as an adult feel this way, I’m sure there are children who are probably more scared and confused than I am.”

The book is available on Amazon in paperback or eBook. All proceeds benefit “No Kid Hungry.”
