There are plenty of smiles and treats as Dunkin' visited the Golisano Children's Hospital.

Executives from the chain presented the Upstate Foundation with a $40,000 grant. That money will be used to upgrade a couple of rehab rooms in the hospital.

"The two areas, they were pretty plain rooms, they had a bunch of toys in one room,” said Upstate Foundation Assistant Vice President Toni Gary. “This will be more kid friendly; colors are brighter, not as intimidating for a child to go into this room."

Patients and relatives got donut decorating kits, and other special gifts.
