The storms that washed out Halloween spent the morning after washing away roads, property, and even vehicles.
The streets of Dolgeville filled up with water Friday morning after the East Canada Creek breached its banks.

There were evacuations of 12 to 15 homes in Dolgeville. The force of the water carried four to six vehicles down the creek. Luckily, though no one was hurt.
Governor Andrew Cuomo was there Friday morning to assess the situation. He actually stood by as swift water rescue teams went into a home and rescued five adults and an infant. He said everyone made it out safe, but there was one fatality reported in Norway.
Neighbors are worried about their pets though. Some are still in the homes, their owners said.
At this point, all they can do is watch the levels.
"Unfortunately right now, we're just waiting for the water to recede so that we can just assess how much is damaged,” said resident Jessica Bruce.
The Dolgeville Fire House has an evacuation center set up with cots.
