Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner is named in a lawsuit filed against his former department.

There are four federal civil-rights lawsuits involving the Little Rock Police Department in Arkansas. Nine plaintiffs are suing 34 police officers along with Buckner according to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

All involved are accused of providing inaccurate information to a district judge when trying to obtain no-knock warrants.  It then alleges officers terrorized people and destroyed their homes while executing warrants.
