Two men have been indicted in connection to the deadly shooting a teen back in December in Syracuse, with one now facing a reduced charge.

Nashwan Hamood, 30, and Ameer Homran, 20, were both arrested in connection to the death of Antonio Gullotto, a 16-year-old ninth-grade student enrolled at Henninger High School.

A grand jury indicted Hamood on one count of second-degree murder and three counts for weapon possession. Homran had been initially charged with murder, but he was only indicted on one felony count of criminal facilitation.

The shooting happened about two months after a 12-year-old boy was shot and killed in the same John Street house.

The building was demolished by the Syracuse Land Bank in February.
