The woman who supplied the gun to the man who shot and killed two employees at the DeWitt Chili’s restaurant last fall accepted a plea deal.

According to the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, Tracey Brown admitted to first-degree robbery and agreed to cooperate in any further prosecution of William Wood Jr., the gunman who was sentenced to life in prison without parole back in April but may still face the death penalty.

Brown faces 20 to 25 years in prison and will be sentenced in July.

The charges stem from Wood’s  attack on the restaurant on Erie Blvd. in which he killed former co-workers Kristopher Hicks and Stephen Gudknecht during a robbery in September. Wood also meant to shoot more people at Chili’s but his gun jammed.

Also charged in the case were Ronald Green, who was allegedly the getaway driver, and Jerome Pinkard, who allegedly sold the gun Wood used in the slaying.
